Maincare and Luminess (formerly Jouve) announce their partnership for the automatic recognition of documents during e-admission processes

Health

Paris, March 2022 - As part of the launch of Maincare's e-Venue solution which makes it possible to digitalize and strengthen the relationship between the patient and the hospital throughout their journey - from making an appointment to returning home - Maincare and Luminess (formerly Jouve) announce their partnership to simplify and secure the e-admission process.

e-Venue, a full range of digital services to strengthen the patient - hospital relationship

Maincare has developed e-Venue, a solution to digitize the entire patient / hospital relationship: upstream of the visit, during hospitalization and for return home. The aim is to simplify and streamline the patient journey through digital services accessible within a single application. Available in SaaS mode and deployable in just 15 days, e-Venue offers native interoperability with Maincare's M-GAM solution and standard interoperability with market IPRs.

The first services available today are online appointment booking and online pre-admission. It is within the framework of this last service that Maincare and Luminess announce their strategic partnership.

Automatic recognition and control of supporting documents during e-admission

This partnership takes the form of the standard integration of Luminess services into the e-Venue solution with:

  • Automatic recognition of supporting documents (identity card, Vitale card and mutual insurance certificate) during the e-admission process, thus making it possible to automatically complete certain information in the file;
  • automatic control of parts and their integration into the hospital's GAM.

This integration translates into a saving of precious time for the patients as for the administrative agents. It also makes the controls more reliable and increases the billing rate.

“We are very pleased with this partnership with Maincare, which enables a new stage in the dissemination of Know Your Patient, a benchmark AI solution in support of patient admissions. The proposed device allows a significant simplification of the pathways for the patients and also constitutes a lever of significant efficiency gains for the healthcare establishments. " says David Gruson, Health Program Director at Luminess.

“This partnership was obvious as we share the same conviction: digital must be a lever for modernizing and simplifying the relationship between patients and the hospital. The expertise of Luminess on AI and part recognition combined with that of Maincare on the hospital sector allows us to offer with e-Venue the most efficient solution on the market. » adds Olivier Barets, Product Marketing Director at Maincare.
