CERT Luminess is the operational structure responsible for managing IT security incidents that could impact the activities of the Group, entities and subsidiaries included.
Luminess undertakes to respond to any vulnerability information brought to its attention, to provide a solution within a reasonable time frame while regularly keeping the person or entity that brought said vulnerability to its attention informed.
