Luminess (formerly Jouve) takes the step of digitizing municipalities thanks to the innovation contract won with the town hall of Saint-Mandé

Paris, on 05-10-2021 – Luminess (formerly Jouve) recently won an innovation contract with the town hall of Saint-Mandé in order to improve the coordination of all the services offered by the town such as road maintenance, the allocation of in the crèche or the receipt of complaints. A key player in the digitization of the public sector, Luminess brings its expertise, in particular through the implementation of the GED of its partner Everteam, the technological brick most suited to the needs of the municipality. Thanks to this project in favor of a better organization of town halls, Luminess aims to extend it to all municipalities.

This new transverse GED standardizes the business applications which coexisted for the various departments of the town hall on the one hand, and makes it possible to cover all the scenarios which were not provided for by the latter on the other hand. For the success of this project, Luminess ensures the implementation of workflows and manages the value chain from start to finish, in collaboration with its partner Everteam.

The benefits of such an innovation are numerous for town halls: reduction and optimization of staff working time, improvement of the dissemination of internal communication and ultimately a standardization of the quality of public services in general.
