User tests

User tests take place either to test an existing interface, or to test a new product / service, in order to validate or modify the design choices.

User tests can be implemented at each iteration of a project, the goal being to involve users as much as possible and to obtain their feelings and feedback.

UX / UI improvements

Throughout the project, UX and UI improvements are made to the interface.

The feedbacks mentioned by users during test sessions are taken into account and transcribed on the screens during the iterations put in place. New test sessions are offered to obtain the deliverables that are best suited to the needs and characteristics of users.
