The customer
Founded in 1986, Infogreffe is the Economic Interest Group (GIE) of the French commercial court registries. Infogreffe's purpose: to develop, with the commercial court clerks, the leading digital platform for economic activity. Infogreffe has over 2 employees spread across the 000 commercial court registries located in mainland France and the French overseas departments and regions. Chaired by Mr Dieudonné Mpouki, its online services support businesses and facilitate key moments in their development. The objectives
In 2019, Infogreffe launched digital identity MONIDENUMThis strategic service allows you to identify and authenticate yourself to securely access the digital applications offered by the GIE Infogreffe: Digital Tribunal, Market Place for companies, free Kbis, economic performance indicator of the company, etc.
Infogreffe wanted to change its historical service provider. The application therefore had to be taken over and upgraded in a context of technological evolution, while ensuring a smooth transition without service interruption for users. The objectives were clear: guarantee data security, optimize the application's performance and prepare for its scalability.
To meet these challenges, we mobilized our teams and high-performance, tailored technologies: Apache/2.4.37, PHP 7.3, Symfony 4, MariaDB 10.3 database, Open LDAP 8 directory, CentOS 7 and the IAM Keycloak solution. These tools ensured a robust, high-performance and secure application.
Our answer
To meet this challenge, since July 2021 we have implemented a comprehensive and structured recovery strategy:
- Upgrading skills on the existing application : an in-depth analysis of the application and associated systems was carried out to ensure a controlled technical transition;
- Installation and configuration of environments : we have deployed the development, integration, pre-production, production and backup environments. These infrastructures allow optimal management of developments and a high level of security;
- Implementation of security elements : specific work has been carried out on the security parameters to guarantee authentication and access with complete confidence, and to meet GDPR requirements (GDPR compliance of Captcha and Youtube videos, Orange captcha, user consent to display the video, etc.)
- Connecting business software : the four service providers’ business software packages were successfully integrated, ensuring smooth and reliable interoperability.
- Application recipe and switch : before going into production, a test phase was carried out to identify and correct any anomalies. The transition was carried out without impact on end users;
- Training and support : the GIE Infogreffe teams were trained in the new systems, and support was put in place to respond quickly to technical and functional needs;
- TMA, hosting and outsourcing : by ensuring the maintenance and outsourcing of the application, we have enabled continuity of service.
Scope expansion in 2025: automation of controls and user support
Since the beginning of 2025, Luminess has been supporting Infogreffe in a new phase of the MONIDENUM project, by expanding its scope of intervention to two complementary components:
- Automation reading and conformity checks of identity documents (DCRT)
- Operator support, provided by our teams based in Lens
This development is in line with our TMA mission and responds to a common desire: speed up processing, make data more reliable, strengthen security and guarantee a high level of service to users.
Thanks to the integration of automation technologies on the DCRT application, the quality of reading identity documents has been improved by 10%, while maintaining a cost containment. At the same time, the implementation of reactive support now makes it possible to process requests in less than 24 hours, thus ensuring optimal continuity of service.
