For secure your KYC and control the data and supporting documents of its customers, from the start of the relationship and throughout the life of the contract, Axa called on Luminess to integrate our Intelligent Document Processing platform, Lumia. The platform has been deployed for all business lines (Life, Property & Casualty, Health, Collective), for individual and legal customer types, for all distributors and distribution networks and across all channels (digital, selfcare, paper, emails with attachments).
