Vincent Favreau appointed Executive Director of Commerce

Paris, on 02-02-23 - Vincent Favreau, formerly Pre-Sales Director at Luminess, was promoted to Executive Director of Commerce in early January. He succeeds Xavier Monmarché who had been running the department for 3 years.

Vincent has worked at Luminess for 31 years, and knows the Group like the back of his hand. Thanks to his experience, he knows perfectly the trades, the offers, the customers. His experience will be a valuable asset in leading sales teams.

Vincent joined Luminess (Jouve at the time) on April 27, 1992 as a production engineer at Mayenne. He held the position for 13 years before becoming, on January 1, 2005, manager of the STM line. On May 1, 2010, he was promoted to Industrial Director (SAFIG) until September 19, 2013, then became Project Director. 4 years later, he was appointed BID manager, until February 2018 when he became Director of the Consulting and Projects department within the Pre-sales Department, before taking full management on August 1, 2019.

It is therefore quite natural, after this brilliant career, that Vincent will assume his new position as Executive Director of Commerce for the years to come. He will continue, surrounded by the commercial directors and his teams, the strategy of commercial conquest in accordance with the marketing plan.

The appointment of Vincent is part of a continuity. His close relationship with our customers, his knowledge of Luminess and our offers are all major assets for the development of our Group.
