Paris, on 12-09-2022 - The Luminess group, a major digital player and leader in BPO as a Service, has just appointed Judith Mehl as director of engagement, communication and institutional affairs for the group.

This appointment highlights the importance for the group of making CSR a strategic pillar of its development, both nationally and internationally. A leading player in BPO as a service, Luminess, whose core business is to process its customers' data, places ethical data as a major focus of its CSR strategy, with a set of requirements that goes well beyond what the regulations imposes and this for all of its customers, partners and collaborators. The group obviously places women and men at the heart of its system, the wealth of the company, without whom technological development could not take place. A French ETI with international influence, it takes full measure of the importance of the subject of sovereignty and contributes via its local roots and its partnerships to the development of the economy in the territories where it is present. Finally, the environmental pillar constitutes the other axis of its CSR strategy, individual and collective challenges, the Group is strongly committed to the subjects of its carbon footprint and its energy consumption, linked to its own activity but also to mobility.

Digital trust, security, data ethics, people and the environment are all major issues for society as they are the mainstays of the group's CSR strategy.
The appointment of Judith Mehl will make it possible to go further in the expected standards and to guide the group in taking into account social, environmental and societal issues.

The Luminess group thus undertakes to be a responsible leader and to make every effort to deploy it. The engagement strategy, which will be ensured by this new position, must impact all levels of the company, relations with its partners, with its customers, and will allow:

  • To define the best standards in terms of social, societal & environmental responsibility;
  • Anticipate market expectations;
  • Engage all employees in this process;
  • To be aligned with partners on these issues.

To carry out her missions, Judith Mehl will rely functionally on Christophe Lasseron, Quality Manager and his team. Newly appointed ambassador for energy sobriety, the latter will coordinate the future project teams that will be set up to ensure the transversality of the “Engagement & CSR” approach throughout the group.
