Paris, On 13/10/2021 – Luminess (formerly Jouve) recently obtained NF461 certification for its SAE (Electronic Archiving System) YES. The SAE is a content management tool allowing the collection, classification and medium and long-term preservation of documents for later use. Its goal is to ensure the durability, integrity, security and traceability of archived documents so that they can retain their original value. In accordance with our CSR policy, this new certification strengthens the digital confidence of our customers.
This certificate gives probative value to our clients' digital documents and guarantees the compliance of our electronic archiving system with all the requirements of the international standard NF Z42-013.
This new certification constitutes a new major asset in the digital confidence of our customers. The security of our customers' data and their traceability are essential points of our activities related to the digitization of paper documents.
This certification thus confirms our technical and organizational know-how, and comes on top of a demanding safety and quality policy. For example, Luminess (formerly Jouve) holds HDS certification (Health Data Host), the health sector representing a very important part of our activities, especially since the deployment of the health taskforce in 2019. Beyond regulatory obligations in terms of data protection and particularly the GDPR, we we support our customers and are a source of proposals on the themes of security and protection of personal data.
