The Luminess Group continues its commitment to the Army by signing the Promilès manifesto

Paris, on 16-01-23Luminess is a signatory of the Promilès manifesto, to support the women and men serving our armies: active and reserve personnel, veterans, wounded and their families. A strong commitment that is part of its CSR policy.

As a corporate citizen, the Group really wants to position itself as a support for National Defence. This long-standing commitment is part of the social and environmental responsibility of the company, which wishes to develop this link between the civilian environment and that of National Defence, between the Group and the Army.

Since 2019, the Group has been recognized as a partner of “National Defence”. This agreement guarantees each reservist citizen to have eight paid days by the Ministry of the Armed Forces. To strengthen its commitment, the Group has chosen to go further and offers two more days to its reservist employees fully paid by the company.

The management of Luminess and its management committee being for the most part reservists themselves.

Today, the signing of this manifesto is a new step in this commitment to the men and women of National Defence. Luminess thus strengthens its link with the Army and undertakes to pay particular attention to people in direct or indirect connection with the services of the army (military, ex-military, reservist, military spouse, etc.).

Thibault LANXADE - CEO of JOUVE

Strengthening the link between companies and the Army is fully in line with our CSR strategy. We have many things to learn from National Defence, both in terms of who they are and how they work. The strategic issues are very strong and, on a different scale, many similarities can be made with what we are experiencing. And vice versa, we must open the door of our companies to the Army.
