CPage and Luminess (formerly Jouve) facilitate patient e-admission with an interoperable artificial intelligence solution

Paris, January 14, 2021: CPage and Luminess (formerly Jouve) facilitate the e-admission of patients with an interoperable artificial intelligence solution.
Following a competitive bidding process, CPage selected Luminess' technical proposal. A version interoperable with its Administrative Patient Management (GAP) of an e-admission system, based on artificial intelligence, will thus be deployed. CPage's Patient Administrative Management (GAP) covers patient reception (pre-admission, admission) and invoicing.

From the start of the COVID-19 health crisis, the Luminess group, a specialist in digital transformation, accelerated the development of Know Your Patient. This offer allows remote admission of patients by mobilizing artificial intelligence technology for image recognition from simple photos of supporting documents taken by the patient and submitted to the portal via a smartphone or computer. This solution, whose major advantage is the security of patient identification, has already experienced very rapid distribution with deployment in around thirty establishments and hospital groups, public and private.
The partnership with CPage makes it possible to make effective, for the members of the group, the deployment of a version of Know Your Patient interoperable with the GAP. This technological innovation will significantly simplify the admission process by allowing the data collected by artificial intelligence to be incorporated directly into APM from image recognition. This device, implemented in an HDS and GDPR environment, also makes it possible to check the condition of interoperability with the information system, a prerequisite for eligibility for HOP'EN funding for e-admission devices.

David Boussard, Managing Director of CPage:
« CPage was looking for a partner capable of helping to optimize and simplify its admission processes. Issues raised in particular by the Ségur de la santé. It was also about providing a solution to secure both patients and hospital staff in the context of a health crisis as we are living it.
The Luminess offer convinced us, among other things, by its uniqueness. The solution manages to combine artificial intelligence, ease of use and security (identito-vigilance). The integration of Know Your Patient enriches our GAP offer and the partnership with a recognized company reinforces our position on the market. All of this, of course, at the service of our members, a value carried by both CPage and Luminess
», Says David Boussard, CEO of CPage.

Thibault Lanxade, CEO of Luminess Group:
« This partnership with CPage is a great step forward. Our artificial intelligence technology, based on image recognition and put at the service of health, gives the hospital the means of a more agile and less expensive method. This new interoperable version will further enhance efficiency gains for healthcare establishments. This e-admission system also continues to meet the objective of physical distancing in an epidemic context by avoiding population concentrations at admission counters. This partnership between French players is also a strong response to the challenges of digital sovereignty, made even more sensitive by the COVID19 crisis. “, rejoices Thibault Lanxade, CEO of the Luminess group.
