After a trial in 2023, Alidade was gradually deployed. Today, 4,000 active users, an 80% adoption rate, and an 86% recommendation rate attest to its success.This membership is based on an intuitive, manual-free interface and continuous feedback on needs through user committees.

Alidade is not limited to ticket bookingIt includes direct payment without upfront costs, vehicle rental, catering via QR code, and soon, workspace booking. To meet on-the-ground constraints, a complete responsive PC version of the mobile application, with an exclusive offline mode on smartphones.
Security and sovereignty at the heart of the system
In a sensitive environment, security is non-negotiable. Alidade is based on a Zero Trust architecture, regular audits, and certification by SC2A and ComCyber.The data is hosted in a SecNumCloud environment, guaranteeing digital sovereignty.
A pioneering project for the public sector
Alidade is not shared It was designed for the armed forces, with code held by the Ministry. But its model is inspiring: agile governance, a user-centered UX, and impeccable security. A concrete illustration of what public-private collaboration can achieve.
