2030: Rethinking journeys in the era of digital identity and artificial intelligence

The 2030 era has begun.
This is the strong message conveyed by the speakers brought together by Luminess and Finance Innovation on June 5th, as part of a professional cocktail at the Palais BrongniartThrough two round tables, this event allowed more than a hundred professionals from the financial, insurance, banking and institutional sectors to take stock of the upheavals underway in their digital journeys.

Customer journeys in full reconfiguration

Digital journeys are no longer simply a matter of user experience. They are now at the intersection of technological innovation (AI, electronic signatures, wallets), regulatory requirements (eIDAS 2, GDPR, AML), and security imperatives.

First step of the evening: laying the foundations of a new paradigm with digital identity and the imminent arrival of the European Wallet (EUDIW) with A3BC and Colombus ConsultingConcretely, what will change for the onboarding process? For the interoperability of services? For remote identity verification? These are all topics addressed with concrete use cases and field demonstrations.

Secure without adding bulk: AI, compliance and modularity

The second round table focused on ways to streamline documentary processes while strengthening their security: integration of the electronic signature with Yousign, fight against document fraud, data orchestration and modularity of routes.
The speakers shared their feedback, their target architectures, and their reading of the major upcoming regulatory texts, such as eIDAS V2 ou PVID.
